Eric H. Kim
Managing Partner
Eric H. Kim is the Founder and Managing Partner of Covenant Management LLC, where he leads the firm's centralized strategy development, corporate development and shared services platform for growth companies and middle market organizations.
Eric brings more than 25 years of finance, operations, and advisory experience across investment banking, private equity, and executive leadership. He previously served as Managing Partner of Lumos Partners, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer focused on M&A and private capital raising, and as Founder of PlanIt Business, providing fractional CFO services and management consulting to SMEs.
Earlier in his career, Eric held Vice President roles in Technology Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Banc of America Securities, served as Finance Manager at Google, and was a Private Equity and Venture Capital Associate at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital. He began his career in business consulting at Arthur Andersen.
Eric holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Management from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Managing Partner
J. Denise Huginnie is a Managing Partner of Covenant Management LLC, bringing extensive experience leading virtual engagements with executive teams, boards, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders nationwide.
Denise holds an MBA from Stanford University and has more than 20 years of experience advising corporations, investors, nonprofits, educational organizations, and emerging growth companies on growth strategy, market assessment, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, and new venture development.
Her experience includes leading remote consulting engagements, synthesizing complex market data, conducting competitive research, developing executive-level recommendations, and supporting investment and strategic decisions across education, workforce development, technology, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
Previously, Denise held various corporate staff positions in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances, Market & Competitive Intelligence, New Business Development, and Feasibility Study Development.
